San Diego Convention Center, San Diego CA

PCM worked to develop and procure this Design/Construction Management project. We worked on this project for 5 years due to voter litigation delays. The project consisted of a 1.1 million addition to the existing convention center ad included extensive large span construction and permanent dewatering due to the close proximity to the

ocean.

Jack Murphy Stadium, San Diego CA
The project consisted of an expansion to the existing stadium to provide a 72,000-seat sports stadium for the City of San Diego, which included new areas and additions to existing and remodeling of existing building.
Universal Studios City Walk, Hollywood CA
PCM provided Universal Studios, Hollywood with pre-construction and construction management services for Phase I and Phase II of the expansion and renovation of existing theme park facilities. The project included the City Walk entertainment, retail and dining strip, which is adjacent to the theme park.For Phase I and II, PCM worked with the Universal Creative team to provide pre-construction management, value engineering, constructability reviews, estimates, change order management, and product research.The project included the expansion and renovation of the main front entrance, including new ticketing area, themes, landscape, specialty lighting and a state of the art multiplex cinema with stadium seating and an Imax theatre.
The Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas NV
PCM worked with design architect, The Jerde Partnership, Inc. and the City of Las Vegas on the $75 million Freemont Street Experience, providing pre-construction estimating, scheduling, value engineering and site logistics tasks. The project included a barrel-vaulted structure over 4 city blocks with a suspended light show on the
Performing Arts Center, Los Angeles County CA
PCM acted as the Program Manager to the Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County (The Music Center) for the $30 million master plan of improvements to the Plaza and grounds of the Music Center Campus. PCM worked with Music Center leadership to develop a program to
reinvigorate the campus and to develop the Music Center Plaza into a central gathering and performance space for all of Los Angeles and provided program definition assistance, design management, program scheduling, cost estimating and budgeting, capitol projects accounting and cost management, all project procurement and construction management services for the phased implementation of the master plan improvements.
