PCM started in Construction Management and Project Management of large complex programs and projects, such as Disney's California Adventure, The Salk Institute, AMGEN campus expansion and Niketown. Working in both the private and public world's and successfully completing over $5 Billion of work, we are ready for anything a client has to throw at us.
Our experience building, renovating and managing the construction of nearly 2,500 units of student housing created an opportunity in 2015 to join with an established low income developer and focus on that industry. Since then we have successfully built...and that means ALL projects finished on time and on budget....21 projects totalling over $60 million and 1,100 units. We have worked with fully occupied and vacant apartment complexes, on both RD (Rural Development) as well as non-RD low income projects throughout California.
