Jupiter Realty, Office Building 9000 Sunset Bl., West Hollywood CA – 16,000 SFServices provided: Construction management, estimating. Valued at $5 million. Completed in May 2000.
This T.I. project included the remodel of an occupied 16-story commercial office building located on the heart of Sunset Boulevard. Tenants were primarily entertainment industry. Project included new HVAC and Fire Control systems, front entrance upgrades, corridor construction and build-out of tenant suites. PCM was responsible for managing both general contractors and subcontractors dependent upon the method in which the trade was bid.
