PCM provided the survey and cost estimates for 62 Courthouses.

PCM’s staff of highly qualified project managers has provided FEMA other governmental agencies with grant and project management services on numerous federally declared disasters, including the Northridge Earthquake, the 1992/93 floods, and the El Nino floods in Palmdale, Los Angeles, Yorba Linda, and Malibu, and many more.
