Working with Steinmann Facilities Design & Construct (SFDC), PCM provided pre-construction schedules, estimates and value engineering Design/Build support for this 527,500 SF building, which houses an auditorium, library space with state-of-the-art technology, leasable commercial space, a coffee shop and subterranean parking.
