    Antelope Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility, Lancaster CA
    This $22MM, 99 bed skilled nursing facility incorporates several levels of care and was designed to create a vibrant and healing communal setting. The full service facility will provide ventilators and sub-acute care, long-term units, and an Alzheimer unit. One of the most striking aspects is the commons area. The vast atrium will provide not only a social gathering place but also a variety of amenities including a main dinning room, beauty salon and a rehabilitation gym. A garden provides an area for patients to enjoy the outdoors as well as a circular wander path to encourage therapeutic activity. PCM provided full service:
